One of the biggest challenges in selling Umbraco-based solutions to large enterprises is how it will be supported versus packaged product competitors who offer more substantial and defined SLA's and maintenence/support agreements. This is a challenge and opportunity for companies that have made Umbraco a tool of choice for their customer solutions. Would like to figure out how we as a community can address this both domestically and internationally. I can present some examples on how we are approaching this but looking for it to be a collaborative and open forum session.
